I used to love BJs but this particular location let me down for the last time. The server screwed up not one but two of our orders and never bothered to check on us. I finally had to raise my empty soda glass to get someone's attention. The manager was great and asked how she could help. I said the orders were wrong and the chicken was under cooked and I would love a refill since the server never returned after taking our orders. Now I worked in restaurants. I'm a good tipper. Easy going. But A) it wasn't busy. B) They didn't appear to be under staffed. C)I never get to eat at a restaurant because the economy sucks. I just want some service. This place doesn't do that. BUT the manager was great, so I end this on a positive and still give the place 3 stars. The days of chain restaurants and customer service are over, I think.

We are going to pay a good chunk of money for coming to yoyr place and could hear the game just because you didn't want to raise the volume. You are crazy 🤪. I had to end up using my phone. I could it give all the money that I spend at your place to my mother instead and stay home. On top of that we ate and the servant never came back to remove the plates. Thats disgusting. If I go to any cheap restaurant they take away the plates right away.

I had an excellent experience at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse in Valencia. From the moment we were seated, our server, Leanna, provided outstanding service. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The food was absolutely amazing everything came out delicious. It’s clear that both the kitchen and staff take pride in delivering a great dining experience. Leanna truly went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable, and her positive attitude made a great meal even better. I highly recommend BJ’s Valencia, and I’ll definitely be returning!

Welcome to my story of my BJ’s experience, where they gave me the opportunity, for the first time in my life, to send food back at a restaurant. When we arrived, we were told it would be about a 20-minute wait. It ended up being closer to 35 minutes, which wasn’t a huge deal since wait times are estimates. Once seated, however, it took seven minutes before our waitress came over, and in that time we only had one usable menu, the other was filthy, missing pages, and stuck together like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. The booth and table weren’t clean either, which already put us off. Our waitress was kind when she finally came, but by that time we were ready to order. My wife’s chicken salad was excellent and the kids’ tenders were fine (though the fruit was mushy and sad, if the grapes were at the point in my fridge they would be going in the trash.) Then came my ribeye steak. Cold, undercooked vegetables, the most depressing asparagus I have ever seen, and seasoning that tasted like the dry rub for a St. Louis rack of ribs instead of steak. It was honestly disgusting, and for the first time ever, I sent food back without ordering anything else. The manager did comp my steak
